Refund & Return Policy

At Take Care Pro, we ensure that every product we deliver meets quality and authenticity standards. This policy explains the terms for return, refund, or exchange of products purchased from Take Care Pro.

 

Product Authenticity

All products sold by Take Care Pro are:

  • Brand new

  • Unused

  • 100% genuine

We do not sell refurbished or used products unless clearly mentioned.

 

Eligible Return & Exchange Cases

You are eligible for return or exchange only if the product is:

  • Physically damaged at the time of delivery

  • Defective or not working on arrival

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Missing parts or accessories

A 5-day return/exchange window applies from the date of delivery.


Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of electrical and electronic items, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products once installed or used

  • Products without original packaging, manuals, or accessories

  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable”

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Damage caused due to misuse, power fluctuation, or improper handling


Change of Mind Returns

Returns requested due to reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong product selection by the customer

  • No longer required

Both forward and return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Approval of such returns is subject to product condition and management discretion.

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Product must be unused and uninstalled

  • Original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories must be intact

  • Product must be returned in the same condition as delivered

  • Take Care Pro reserves the right to conduct a quality check

Products failing inspection will not be accepted.

 

Damaged / Defective Product Reporting

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Email us at support@takecarepro.in within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos and a short video showing the issue

  • Our team will review and guide you through the next steps

Late claims may not be accepted.

 

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

Email support@takecarepro.in with:

  • Order ID

  • Product name

  • Issue description

  • Images and video proof

Our support team will respond within 24–48 working hours.

 

Refund / Replacement Process

  • Replacement will be initiated after product inspection approval

  • If replacement is unavailable, store credit or refund may be issued

  • Refunds/store credits are processed within 24–48 hours after approval

Store credit:

  • Can be used like cash on future purchases

  • Valid for 12 months

 

Warranty Disclaimer

  • Product warranties (if any) are provided by the manufacturer

  • Take Care Pro is not responsible for manufacturer warranty claims unless explicitly mentioned
