  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM (IST): Same-day delivery

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM (IST): Next-day delivery

    (Subject to location serviceability and stock availability)

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:


  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images and a short video

    Our team will assist you with replacement or resolution.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of:


  • Damaged products

  • Defective products

  • Wrong items delivered

A 5-day return/exchange window applies from the date of delivery.

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion.

In such cases, both forward and return shipping charges will be borne by the customer, and the product must be unused and in original packaging.

No. Products that have been used, installed, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund.

Once the returned product passes quality inspection:


  • Refund or store credit is processed within 24–48 hours

  • Replacements are dispatched based on stock availability

Refunds may be issued as:


  • Original payment method (where applicable), or

  • Store credit / coupon, valid for 12 months
